Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with and assist patients effectively in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet patients and provide front-desk customer service support
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient registration
- Use electronic medical records (EMR) systems accurately and efficiently
- Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Process invoices, collect payments, and assist with insurance claims
- Provide chaperone support during physical examinations of female patients when required
- Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain clinic cleanliness and hygiene standards
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and clinic procedures is an advantage but not mandatory
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of patient information
