Corporate Enquiry
Contact us if you are keen to conduct an on-site health screening for your clients or employees. Please inform us of the number of pax you are looking into and the location and space that will be used for the screening. We will follow up and advise accordingly.

Corporate Support
We will provide you with the necessary support and address any concerns. Once a date and time has been soft booked, a Whatsapp group will be created to confirm the the remaining details.

Pre-Health Screening Preparation
Prior to the on-site health screening, ensure that your clients/ employees follow the fasting guidelines to ensure an accurate health report. A registration QR code will also be sent to your clients/ employees to be disseminated to them, several days before the screening event. Do let us know if we can set up the day before the screening.

On-Site Health Screening
Rest assured, we will handle the necessary logistics, manpower, set-up, and tear-down of the event. During the screening, a Q-number will be given on a first-come-first basis starting from Station 1 that will follow through until you are done with blood drawing.

Post Screening Consultation
The health report will be emailed to your clients/ employees in 7 – 10 working days. If you wish to have a follow-up consultation, we will help you book and arrange an appointment.

What is the minimum number of pax required for the on-site health screening?
- The minimum number of pax required for the on-site health screening is 50. If there are any requirement constraints, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us to discuss.
What does the screening typically include?
- Our complimentary health screening package includes blood testing and biometric measurements (height, weight, and blood pressure), covering common chronic diseases such as diabetes, high cholesterol, and hypertension, and a risk indicator (GASTROClear) for stomach cancer.
- Various top-up packages and tests are also available if you wish for a more comprehensive screening report with the flexibility for curation to cater to your needs.
What is required for an on-site screening?
- All required from you will be a conducive space for the screening. Areas such as a conference hall and meeting rooms are suitable. The equipment needed for the screening will be provided by us.
How long should I fast for?
- Please fast for minimally 8 hours before your health screening.
- You may consume adequate water during your fasting.
- You may also take your routine morning medication (except diabetic medication) until you have completed your blood taking.
What if I ate something before the health screening?
- Rest assured, if you have eaten prior to the health screening, you can still attend. We offer non-fasting health screening packages catered to those who prefer non-fasting. We will check on your fasting status during registration.
What should I wear for the health screening?
- It is advisable to wear loose clothing for blood pressure measurements and blood taking and easily removeable shoes for your height and weight measurements.
What usually happens after the screening?
- After the screening, the reports will be emailed to your clients/ employees in 7 – 10 working days. All clients who did the health screening are entitled to a review with the doctor without any additional costs. This can be done via tele-review (phone call) or in-person in the clinic.
What if I’m on my period? Will I still need to do a urine test?
- As some of our top-up packages require a urine test, do inform our staff at the registration counter and we will advise you accordingly.
