The Ascle team was invited to participate in a health education session in Manila, organised by the Anvil Business Club. The session was delivered by Dr Kua Jieli, Consultant Cardiologist at Carrington Cardiology, and focused on the “three highs” — blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar.

These three health indicators are commonly monitored as part of overall cardiovascular risk assessment. During the session, Dr Kua shared information on how lifestyle factors such as diet, physical activity, sleep, and smoking can influence these markers. He also highlighted the importance of regular health screening and early medical attention where appropriate.

The event also featured insights from Dr Yang Guirong, Director of Operations at Gleneagles Hospital Singapore, who shared perspectives on health awareness, preventive care, and the use of advanced medical resources in healthcare delivery.

We would like to thank the Anvil Business Club for the kind invitation and organisation of the session, as well as Gleneagles Hospital Singapore for their support and contribution to the discussion.

We appreciate the opportunity to be part of this meaningful exchange and look forward to continuing efforts in supporting health education and awareness.
