Ms Zhou Yuchun is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ascle Healthcare Group. With over a decade of experience in healthcare operations and business development, she leads the Group’s Primary Care and Specialist Centres while driving its overall growth strategy.
Known for her operational discipline and strategic clarity, she is deeply committed to building sustainable systems, strengthening clinical partnerships, and enhancing the end-to-end patient experience. Under her leadership, the organisation continues to scale with a strong focus on governance, collaboration, and care.
Toh Yen Sang
Chief Financial Officer
Ms Toh Yen Sang is the Chief Financial Officer at Ascle Healthcare Group. She oversees the Group’s overall finance, compliance, corporate governance, accounting, corporate secretarial, and taxation functions. Over the decades, Ms Toh has exposed herself to different industries, playing an instrumental role in the listing of Soup Restaurant Group Limited in 2006 and its transfer to the SGX Main Board in 2009. With her expertise, she built a strong track record and an enriching experience in listing, acquisitions, and post-merger integration.
